What is CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a form of talk therapy that enables you to remove your negative patterns through changing thoughts and behaviors. It is based on proven scientific evidence. Mind Work uses CBT to establish coping mechanisms to help you overcome the difficulties you have been facing.
